Welcome to the Golden Eagle Website! Located on 2101 East Willow Street, Signal Hill, CA 90755! The Golden Eagle has been around since 1988, and we don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. We want to serve Signal Hill with the best food its residents can eat. So come on in! If you haven’t been here before, we’d love to make you family. Our specialties are our enormous breakfast burritos in signal hill. Filled with 3 eggs, bacon, sausage, hash-browns, cheese, salsa, and wrapped in an extra large tortilla, this breakfast item will hold you over past lunch, at a price you can't beat! For those fork and knife breakfast eaters, we have a mouth watering Denver Omelet. Made with lots of ham, green pepper and onions, served with hash-browns and toast, this breakfast is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Come on in for lunch too! We have succulent burgers filled with bacon, avocado and pastrami. Or make it however you would like; the Golden Eagle is ready to fill any appetite. Also, be sure to try our famous zucchini paired with our homemade ranch dressing. This is a match made in heaven.
The Golden Eagle also makes healthy plates, from our Grill Chicken Sandwich served on our wheat buns, to our light and crisp Grilled Chicken Salad. On a hot day, this is salad to eat! At the Golden Eagle we proudly offer “Lite and Healthy” plates. Each plate is served with a side salad and cottage cheese, with your choice of Grilled Chicken, Turkey Patty or a Hamburger patty on the side. Also, our cooks at the Golden Eagle are more than happy to make any item on our menu healthier to meet your needs.
